Staking The Claim

Once Ratossa had staked the claim on the retti, he felt relieved. He let himself fall back into his wheelchair, and decided to go for a petti. Some would perhaps point to the fact that going for a petti at THIS time of the year was irresponsible, maybe even tynn. (However, these suggestions should not be paid attention to, since there is only one time of the year in Kanuppel; that is, of course, Tukka. Tukka was not an easy time of the yaer (eleven months instead of twelve) for the inhabitants of Kanuppel. But the board of the Retsina organisation had an even harder tim (half as short as our "time"), as they had the main responsibility Ratossa didn’t harm himself when riding his wheelchair. This may seem quite a serious task to most people, but it wasn’t: Ratossa was blind! Panuttasdek, the chairman of the board of the Retsina organisation, would rather drink leppi, and hang out with the others down at the Kløver-club. When people heard the news about Ratossa being held P.O.W. on a spaceship nearby, no one believed a single word, except for Panuttasdek, who shamefully emptied his seventh bottle of leppi...
