Stories From The Head |
Memories Dikke could remember a story he'd heard as a hyx. It was a story about a boy called Svatopluk who went sailing. Dikke hated most of the story, but one part he found absolutely beautiful: The part about the greks trying to underfett each other. Underfett...underfett...UNDERFETT...was it the most beautiful word ever invented? He thought so. Just laying in his secer, dreaming about what it was like to underfett someone made Dikke jyset. The story had been passed down in øbetz: From Dikke’s grandfather to his sylgoppa. From his sylgoppa to his bætty. From his bætty to his great-grandfather.. and then...to Dikke's rør, Murip. Murip had invented the part about the greks and the underfetting, so it was no wonder Dikke hated all his relatives including his grandfather, his sylgoppa, his bætty and his great-grandfather. Murip, however...Dikke hated too, except for his invention of the underfetting. This hurt Murip a great deal, but Dikke didn't care. He didn't even traktyr. Not today. Not ever... |
